Tried out a new local coffee shop that is owned by the sweetest owners, we were blessed to be able to meet Greg and Pauline while enjoying delicious beignets. Can’t wait to return.

First time visit: ordered a medium, hot King cake flavored latte and the coffee is rich, has well rounded flavor w/o bitterness or acidity which is really rare around here. The double chocolate muffin is very tasty but I think the recipe needs some fine tuning as it’s not spongy/fluffy but gooey and appears as though it was a younger person’s early attempt at baking. Staff was very attentive and friendly if a bit frazzled; I hope this place succeeds as the coffee is a surprising delight in an ocean of coffee chains.

Don’t order the breakfast sandwiches. Premade and terrible. Was excited to see PJs come to the neighborhood. My family is from Nola. Customer service was great. Love that they are new to the area. Like they have a drive thru. I’ve been wanting a new drink/food place close by for years. Good prices. Mini Beignets was a little crunchy & thick dough. Still good but not New Orleans beignets. Authentic Nola beignets are soft & fluffy & puffy not thick filled with dough. But still good. I liked how they were warm but wouldn’t purchase again. Will be back for the iced coffee & maybe to try their other menu items. Welcome to the neighborhood glad yall are here.

Very friendly getting and help from the staff. They seemed eager to help me and make suggestions. The coffee bar pastries were delicious. Both the chocolate croissant and cinnamon scone had great flavor. My husband said his cold brew was better than other places he's tried. Glad to have this new spot in the area

Have been watching every day when I drive by on my way to work, waiting for them to open so I could try something new. Today was the day that I was finally able to stop in and they definitely did not disappoint!!!! I had the bananas foster and it was delicious! I also had a chocolate croissant which was also amazing! The staff was very friendly and helpful. While waiting for my order, I was approached by the manager, who was very pleasant, and we had a nice conversation. I’m very happy that I have found my new go to for coffee and snacks! Happy they also have a drive thru. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed!

Been waiting for this location to open for some time. I'm glad it finally did. It's on the way home when I'm avoiding tolls. My girlfriend is an expert on peach Palmer teas, so we had to try theirs, and I love a refreshing green tea, so I tried the green tea mojito. Neither one of us have ever had great beignets, until now. These were so good and flaky, feel like they could use a good berry jam. I'm not an expert on beignets, but I know what tastes good to me. Can't wait to come back again and try some of the coffee drinks. The drive-through is very tall so be ready for that. Luckily I drive a lifted truck so it was perfect for me. If you drive a Corvette, you might wanna walk in.

We stopped by PJ’s Coffee near our home and loved everything about it! The drinks were smooth and flavorful - not too sweet, just perfect. The mini beignets were warm, soft, and dusted with the right amount of sugar, a nice little treat to go with coffee. We also met the owner, and he was incredibly welcoming and friendly - you can tell he truly cares about his customers and the quality of what’s served. The place had a cozy vibe and great service overall. Definitely one of our new favorite coffee spots in town!

Nestled in the heart of Tomball, PJ's Coffee - Tomball offers a refreshing escape from the usual coffee chain monotony. Located at 9266 Farm to Market 2920, this local gem brings a taste of New Orleans charm combined with genuine Southern hospitality. From the moment you step inside—or drive through their convenient drive-thru—you’re greeted by a friendly, eager staff who truly care about crafting a memorable experience.

The highlight here is undoubtedly their rich, well-balanced coffee. Fans praise their King Cake flavored latte, lauding its smooth depth without any bitterness or acidity, a rare find in the area. Their cold brew also stands out, described as superior to many competitors. Whether you crave a hot, comforting drink or a refreshing iced coffee, PJ's delivers quality in every cup.

Food-wise, PJ's Coffee is a mixed bag but mostly promising. Their beignets, though not perfectly fluffy and light as authentic New Orleans versions, bring warmth and satisfyingly fresh dough, making them an enjoyable treat alongside your coffee. Pastries such as the chocolate croissant and cinnamon scone have garnered positive remarks for their rich flavor and texture. Some menu items, like the breakfast sandwiches, may need refinement, but the double chocolate muffin offers a luscious chocolate punch despite its gooey texture.

What elevates PJ’s is not only their drinks and food but the atmosphere created by owners Greg and Pauline. Their warm welcome, along with attentive staff, cultivates a comforting neighborhood vibe. Whether you stop by for a quick coffee or settle in for a beignet and conversation, PJ's Coffee - Tomball feels like a genuine community hub. For anyone craving quality coffee with a local flair, this spot deserves a try. It offers an inviting blend of flavor, friendliness, and that special touch of Southern kindness you don’t find everywhere.
